• Create a free account with $100,000 in virtual currency

• Track portfolio performance and trading history
• Learn about stock market investing in a risk-free environment
• Access educational resources and market analysis

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use FinClash, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Create a unique password (minimum 8 characters)
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Virtual Currency and Trading

5.1 No Real Money

Critical: All trading on FinClash uses virtual currency only. You cannot:

• Deposit or withdraw real money
• Convert virtual currency to real currency
• Use the platform for actual financial transactions

5.2 Virtual Portfolio

Your virtual portfolio:

• Starts with $100,000 in virtual cash
• Uses real-time market data for stock prices
• Is stored on our servers and synced across devices
• Can be reset or modified at our discretion

5.3 Market Data

We provide real-time stock market data through third-party APIs (Finnhub). This data is for educational purposes and may:

• Experience delays or inaccuracies
• Be subject to rate limits or availability issues
• Not reflect actual trading conditions

6. Intellectual Property

FinClash and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Reid Coleman and Cameron Dietzel and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our code or content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Use our branding, logo, or trademarks without permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
